About AMJ Unlimited
AMJ Unlimited is a small online business located in a small town of Arizona (Yuma) that will revolve around all things hobby, collectibles, anime, manga, cosplay, toys, and supply related. My goal is to aid the community in growing and inspiring new enthusiasts. At the same time providing the best customer experience possible, competitive pricing, and a wide variety to choose from. I plan to add new inventory as much as possible, be active in the community of hobby enthusiasts and provide knowledge to those in need. Together I hope to build our own community that can provide tips, tricks, how to, and general support/help. With all of your support, I hope to turn this dream into a reality. So LET'S GET BUILDING!!!
My name is Anthony. By trade, I am an automotive technician. I spent nearly six years in the military as a heavy equipment mechanic and a few years before and several after as an automotive technician. I have always had a passion for anime, manga, collectibles, and building. Some find this odd, being I have tattoos, ride dirt bikes and a Harley, and build performance-based vehicles anywhere from 6-cylinder turbocharge 350Zs to old square body Chevy's with carbureted big blocks. Also, I have a wide range of construction experience, from rough framing to custom shelving. But despite that, I still have my Pokémon cards from 20+ years ago and my first ever Dragon Ball Z action figure. Recently I decided I wanted to start my own business and a new chapter of my life. I knew I wanted it to revolve around things I never had the opportunity to explore and some things I already had a passion for. So, I decided I needed a hobby store. My wife and daughter are incredibly supportive of my decision. My wife has a that she is passionate about and wants me to have the same. So, I am excited to start this new journey, to connect with other like minded individuals in the hobby community, and to pass on my knowledge as well as learn from them. I will have to say thank you to a good friend of mine, Jose Cardenas, for helping me get started on this path because, without his help, I would have never had the courage, despite how much I wanted to make this leap. (Leaving a good carrier and pay is tough). Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I look forward to meeting and/or working with you.
