$10.99 Flat rate shipping available to the domestic 48 states, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas available upon shipping quote request. Shipping is standard ground shipping and usually takes 2 to 8 days after processing to arrive. Faster shipping can be arranged for a higher shipping rate upon request. Most items qualify for flat-rate shipping unless clearly marked otherwise, and you will also see it during checkout. As of 4-13-2023 there are no items posted that do not qualify for the $10.99 flat-rate shipping option. Price are subject to change without notice.

HANDLING/DAMAGEDBOX POLICY
We strive to ensure that each product sold has the best packaging condition possible. Items are packaged with care, and damaged boxes will not intentionally be sent to our customers. But we cannot control what happens during shipment.

Experienced Builders
This is where you will find smaller companies and their kits. Meaning kits may have and are not limited to, product fitment issues, material may not be of the highest quality, and color may not be exact. These issues do not qualify as defective items.
In addition to the above, these kits are shipped to retailers with a different standard than we have grown to expect from Bandai and their distributors. Some box damage may be present. I will perform Inspections personally, and absolutely NO destroyed, holed, or damaged product will be shipped. Please get in touch with me before purchasing for details or product pictures. Note this does not count as a hold and may still be sold during the conversion period. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, and no exchanges or refunds will be issued.

Please contact us before ordering if you have any concerns, are unclear, or have any questions at all about a product. I will be happy to explain any product, clarify any discrepancies or answer any questions.
Please check your kits/sets/products immediately upon receiving them.
If a product is found to be defective/missing parts, an exchange may be requested. Based on the situation (at owners deaccession), complete or specific parts may be exchanged. Pictures and or other information may be requested before processing.
Disclaimer: I am a small independent business. For this reason accepting returns for any reason would drive prices up due to time invested, card processing fees, shipping, handling, and so on. If/when I grow, this policy may change to reflect what most people are used to when dealing with returns. Until then, thank you for your understanding and support.
