Communication, Service and shipping were outstanding. As for the item I purchased (Nothing to do with the store) I was a little disappointed that the kit did not have any instructions included with it only a link to install a 3rd party app on your phone. I had to spend about 3 hours looking around online for installation instructions just to even start the project. For those that purchase this item be warned it requires modifications to your kit, skip the kit if you are not comfortable with that
